Blue Door Nursery

The Blue Door Nursery is an Ofsted approved 'Outstanding' Nursery. We are family owned and we provide exemplary care for children between the ages of 0 and 5 years. We consider the needs of our families to be paramount so we offer fully inclusive pricing, flexible session times and a home-style cooked meal at lunchtime. We have a huge indoor area and 3 separate, secure, gardens outside including a large grassy field. All you need to provide is your child!

Early Years Entitlement

Autumn term funding (14 weeks) 4/9/23 to 15/12/23
Half term week 23rd October to 27th October

Christmas holidays 18th December to 5th January

Spring term funding (11 weeks) 8/1/24 to 29/3/24
Half term week 12th to 16th February

Easter holidays 29th April to 12th April 

Summer (13 weeks) 15/4/24 to 19/7/24
Half term 27th May to 31st June 

Summer holidays start 22nd July

38 weeks total funding
We offer very flexible sessions for both the 15 hour and 30 hour entitlements for eligible children aged 2,3 and 4 years old

Opening Hours

The Blue Door Nursery is open from 7.30am to 6.30pm
Morning sessions - 7.30am to 1.00pm or 8.30 am to 1.00pm
Afternoon sessions - 1.00pm to 6.30pm, 1.00pm to 5.00pm or 1.00pm to 4.00pm
The Blue Door Nursery is open 51 weeks per year but is closed on Bank Holidays

We close for two half day INSET sessions each year
