Fees include all food, equipment, nappies and wipes. We do not provide baby milk. We expect parents to provide bottles of formula milk already mixed for their babies if required. We also will ask parents to provide Suncream for their child if their child requires a particular brand. If parents wish us to clean their child's teeth after lunch then we ask that a toothbrush is provided in a named bag - we will provide toothpaste.

We have a nursery uniform and a nursery bag which are optional to purchase for all children.

If you are late collecting your child a fee of £10.00 per half-hour will be levied to cover the extra staffing costs incurred. The charge will be payable following the first 10 minutes of a late pick up.

Fees are payable monthly, in advance. Fees must still be paid if children are absent for a short period of time. If you are going on holiday you must pay in advance for your usual days until you have holiday entitlement due to you, in which case fees are waived.

Early Years Educational Entitlement

Children aged 3 and 4 are eligible for funding from the term after their third birthday. Details of funding arrangements can be discussed with the Nursery Managers.

Payment:

An invoice will be issued at the start of each month and payments should be received by the 15th of the month. Parents can choose to pay either weekly or monthly by cash, cheque, standing order or BACs. We also accept all major childcare vouchers from salary sacrifice schemes. We do not accept credit cards. The Blue Door Nursery also accepts a range of workplace issued childcare vouchers.

Deposits:

A deposit amounting to 2 weeks fees is required to secure a nursery place; this deposit is not payment for the first month's fees. The deposit is refundable and will be returned in the last month of your child's time at The Blue Door Nursery.

Notice:

A month's notice in writing is required when you are intending for your child to leave the nursery. Alternatively, fees in lieu will be payable.
